Do I need to make an appointment?
Our door is always open to you. It is however preferable that you make an appointment before coming so we can reserve an exclusive space for you to view our collections. You will be greeted by your personal consultant, who will sit down with you to learn more about you, your taste and style. Then she will show you our collections and help you choose the design and the style that suits you best. There are more than 300 styles to choose from. Once you have shortlisted your favourite gowns, you can start trying on the ones you like the best.
What do I need to prepare for the final fitting?
Please bring along the underwear and shoes that you will be wearing on your big day. It is important that you are accompanied at the final fitting by the person who will help you to get dressed on your wedding day. We will give her advices on how to help you look perfect at all times. We will have you walk in your gown to see how it feels and we’ll give you advice how to move and sit in your bridal gown and how to hold the train and other details based on our extensive experience.
What are the tips for handling my gown after taking it home?
We recommend that you remove the gown out from the bag and that you hand it in a high place so that it hangs straight down and extend the train. It is not necessary to iron it. When getting dressed, put the gown on from bottom to top so that you will not ruin the dress or your makeup. Then put your petticoat on under the gown.
What are the tips for handling my accessories before the wedding day?
We suggest that you take the veil out of the bag and that you hang it in a high place so that it will not get wrinkled. Try your bridal shoes on a few days before the ceremony to break them in. It is also advisable to have a spare pair of stockings for the wedding day.
How can I move elegantly in the gown?
While walking…

If you have to walk without other's assistance, lift the train up and place it across your forearm like holding a shawl. Then you can move freely and need not worry that someone may step on the train.

In the car…

Back yourself into the car and sit on the side where you will be getting out. Spread the train out on the other side, so that when you get out it will be you first and then the train. Have someone help you lift the train.

During the ceremony…

You need someone to help you lift and spread the train out at the entrance of the hall before you march in. When sitting, the train should be spread out to the opposite side of the groom.
